We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Zurich on a permanent basis.

The role focuses on providing excellent service and ensuring strong technical support for our customers.

Main activities and tasks:

• Provide first level support for technical questions regarding PV products

• Register the customer support requests

• Identify the issue and propose a solution, track the progress

• Activate integral support (e.g. elevate to second level)

• Communicated with customer in written and by phone

• Achieve a good Provide support to customers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

 

Required Education & Trainings:

• Graduation from a University of Applied Sciences, or higher education specializing in Electrical Engineering, or apprentice in electrical field

• Background and interest in power electronics such as inverters and battery storage systems, good IT know-how

 

Required Experience:

• Preferable some front and/or back office experience

 

Specific skills & technical knowledge:

• Strong communication skills in German and English. Italian and French is an advantage

• Confidence in customer service situations
