We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with fluent German, French and English skills to join our team in Zurich, Lausanne or Bern, Switzerland

Main responsabilities:
Provide first level support for technical questions of Huawei Smart PV products
Register the customer support requests
Identify the issue and propose a solution, track the progress
Activate integral support (e.g. elevate to second level)
Communicate with the customer in written and by phone
Provide support to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Graduation from a University of Applied Sciences or higher education specializing in Electrical Engineering or apprentice in the electrical field
Background and interest in power electronics such as invertes and battery storage systems, good IT know-how
Preferable front and/or back office experience
Strong communication skills in German, French and English. Italian is an advantage
