Connect44 is seeking an German and French speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bern or Lausanne on a permanent basis. This role involves providing support for photovoltaic products and adopts an on-site working model.

As a Customer Support Specialist,  you will be responsible for providing first-level support, technical troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction with photovoltaic solutions.

Main activities and tasks:

  • Receive and register customer support requests and concerns
  • Provide first-level support and assistance for Photovoltaic products
  • Track and register service concerns within the organization and tools
  • Responsible for technical troubleshooting of products
  • Provide support to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Education & Trainings:

  • Graduation from a University of Applied Sciences, or higher education specializing in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar (e.g., apprenticeship in the electrical field)

Required Experience:

  • Background in Solar/Photovoltaic business and technology, or excellent electro-technical skills
  • Preferably experience in Front/Back Office roles

Specific skills & technical knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of power electronics in photovoltaic solutions like inverters, energy storage systems, management systems, etc.
  • Confidence in customer service situations with strong communication skills
  • Team player with excellent communication abilities and proven effectiveness working with internal and external customers
  • Strong communication skills in German, and French or Italian is a must; English is an advantage
