Job location: Bad-Zurzach
Working Planning: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 local time, excluding local Public Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Handle all the issues related to the IT network.
- Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
- Investigate and find solutions to IT issues, including hardware and software malfunctions and network failures.
- Provide expertise, installation, support, and direction on cnetwork issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users, both in-person and remotely. · Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issue.
- Training end-users how to setup and use new technologies
- Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Maintaining records of software licenses and managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an IT Engineer or relevant experience.
- BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
- Network equipment includes: Huawei S5735 switch, USG6525F Firewall, AirEngine 5776-57 AP, UPS, ISP, SD-WAN, and 5G booster
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Experience on configuration, troubleshooting...
- English speaking is mandatory, German is a plus
